While this is rare, post can sometimes be slow and in spite of all efforts to get items to customers in good time, delays beyond my control can occur.

To get a refund, you must return the item unused in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receiving it.

You can either return to sender without opening the package on receipt, or pay for postage for it to be returned to me.

If the item has been used, you will not be entitled to a refund whether the item is returned to me or not.

Personalised or custom items cannot be refunded due to postal delay.
